Equal Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination, Anti-Harassment and Bullying Manual.

Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination, Anti-Harassment and Bullying Guideline:
In Australia, national and state laws require you to maintain a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. It's important that as an employer, you understand your responsibilities under human rights and anti-discrimination law. By putting effective anti-discrimination and anti-harassment procedures in place in your church you can improve productivity and increase efficiency.

Having such a policy signals to current and prospective employees that you respective and value them equally and that such a policy is one of the pillars of our Christian Faith.

Matthew 7:12: NIV
So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

John 13:34 NIV
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
