CCCVAT MINISTRIES LTD - CONSTITUTION

On the 16th November 2018, the members of Christian Community Churches in Victoria and Tasmania formally met to dissolve the association and form CCCVAT MINISTRIES LTD, a company limited by gurantee to assume the duites of CCCVAT, as both entities are known.

A company limited by guarantee is a type of public company registered under the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act).

A company limited by guarantee is a common company structure used for not-for-profit and charitable organisations in Australia that reinvest any surplus (profit) towards the organisation's purposes. Recreational (sports and bowling clubs), cultural and charitable organisations commonly use this type of corporate structure.

A company limited by gurantee is a legal entity, separate from the persons involved in it and can hold property, enter into leases and other contracts, employ people, etc, in its own name. It also operate across the states of Australia, unlike an incorporated association.
