Peter and Anthea have been in Christian ministry for forty years and are members at Ringwood Community Church (RCC), where Peter was the Pastor.
Peter and Anthea are commissioned by RCC to work full time with ‘HELP’. Peter founded The HELP Charitable Trust in 2010 and together with the Trustees founded HELP CT LTD in 2017.
The TRUST’s mission is training and resourcing pastors and their projects in developing countries. It is engaged in church and community projects.
The COMPANY’s mission is resourcing people and projects that transform communities in developing communities. As a DGR entity it is engaged only in community projects.
HELP currently supports people and projects in Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa and Zambia.
Long pastoral experience in our churches feeds directly into Peter’s cross-cultural work and especially into the development of pastors he is working with in mentoring and training.
Peter has degrees in Theology, Ministry and Professional Education and Training.
He is passionate about:
- The church everywhere and how it relates to its local context.
- Building relationships that create authentic community.
- The practical application of the Bible in real-world contexts.
- The example of Jesus’ leadership and how that applies to leadership now.
