Conrad is available to support and encourage evangelistic leaders who are reaching out to people in a local community.

Conrad provides coaching for church planters and for church members who want to start a new group to reach new people with the good news of the Gospel.

Conrad is also a qualified Professional Supervisor and uses that skill to assist leaders to care for people in their church.

Conrad is sometimes asked to create ministry training seminars, consult on growth strategies, and preach in church services. An example of his teaching on Pastoral Care, as delivered to Edge Church on March 2025, is available for download:
