Mental Health Injury Claims
Effective March 19, 2026, Victoria requires employers to submit mental health injury claims in two stages—forwarding Part A within 3 business days and Part B within 10 calendar days—to fast-track provisional treatment payments for eligible workers. Adhering to these strict timelines ensures early support for employees while protecting employers from financial penalties.
