Facility Hire Agreement
Facility/Church Hall Hire Agreements:
Two agreements are included:
1: CBT Facility Use Deed V1 01.11.2019
This agreement includes application details and terms of conditions of hire which churches are to use where the CBT is registered on their title.
2: Church Hire TCs and App and Agreement V1
This agreement includes application details and terms of conditions of hire which it is recommended churches use when hiring their facility to a third party and the CBT is not registered on their title.
It allows the hirers to serve and sell alcohol. If churches does not wish this the relevant clauses can be removed.

Note:Â the serving and selling of alcohol is regulated by the state governments and the relative clause referencing the Victorian State government will need to be replaced with the relevant state authority.Â
