CCCVaT has developed an accredited Emerging Leaders Program.
Our process is simple:
- Identify you as an emerging leader;
- Validate your leadership ability through the application process;
- Equip you over an experienced based journey, and then;
- Launch you into a life of ministry with support.
The focus throughout this process is to equip current emerging leaders in ministry to
'think' movements, to
'live' as disciple-makers, and to
'be' Kingdom minded. We are passionate about seeing generations of disciple-making movements in all church and community contexts be launched.
There are no limits as to what ministry areas you may be involved in as the program is individually tailored yet the program is structured. The Emerging Leaders program helps you discover and identify your passions and calling, and equips you to be successfully launched into ministry.
There are two distinct programs:
Foundational Ministry Training: (2 years)
- Received coaching and mentoring;
- Completed Accredited Higher Ed Diploma in Ministry or higher;
- Completed Foundational Ministry Training, and;
- Attended Equipping Retreats and Annual Retreats
Complete Ministry Training: (4 years)
- Received coaching and mentoring;
- Completed Accredited Bachelor of Ministry or Theology, or higher;
- Completed Foundational Ministry Training;
- Recieved Specialised Ministry Training;
- Attended Equipping Retreats and Annual Retreats.
